Sprouting from Stormo Studio’s research on perception, Ori plays on elegant curves and refined details to convey a sense of mass, lightness and comfort. The juxtaposition of curved metal surfaces on padded elements fuels De Castelli’s high skilled capabilities and research on plasticity. A rounded cushion lays on four turned brass cups and is lifted from the ground only by slim slates of brass welded onto the cups. Ori can be arranged in groups to create landscapes in every space.
